Day 11: California leadership

Target: California

1) State Leaders Newsome, Lt Governor Eleni Kounalakis will turn and choose righteousness.

2) The California Assembly will reject evil laws resoundingly and make room for God in our government.

3) Growth and maturity in our churches and in God's people, with greater love for the lost.

Isaiah 5:20 Woe to those who call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light, and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter.

Ephesians 4:15 Instead, speaking the truth in love, we will grow to become in every respect the mature body of him who is the head, that is, Christ.

Father, by the power of your Holy Spirit, cause Governor Gavin Newsome, Lt Governor Eleni Kounakalis and the California Assembly to have a sudden supernatural shift in their thinking, destroy every false ideology, agenda and stronghold that hold them captive, deliver them from every lying, deceiving spirit. Silence every demonic voice leading them to adopt ungodly legislation. Remove the veil from their eyes so that they would see clearly, know the truth and be set free from the power of the enemy. Cause them to recognize their need for repentance and salvation. Orchestrate divine laborers to be placed in their path that would lead them to truth and encounter Jesus.

Father, our greatest joy and desire is to see the captives set free and transformed by the power and love of Jesus. We want to be the hands, heart, and feet of Jesus to a lost and broken world. Help us to grow in spiritual maturity, discipleship and evangelism. Let us work out our salvation with fear and trembling. Remove from us our trepidation of sharing our faith and empower us Holy Spirit with boldness and courage to be a faithful witness for Christ and make a difference in this world for his Kingdom. Fill us up to overflow Lord with your love and compassion to reach souls that are in desperate need of you Jesus.
